Signs of summer

Margaritas are in the blender.



Hair is getting cut.




Funny knuckle-headed boys are getting left behind....



because someone is done with the school year and it's time to celebrate a night on the the town.




The sunsets are spectacular.




The sliver of a moon in a sapphire sky holds my attention in the evenings.


Most importantly, there's a plane ticket waiting for me to head to Virginia -- a week from tonight. A red-eye flight will be a small price to pay to see my big girl and friends and a beautiful part of the country. Can hardly wait.
